Transformation follows
, not discipline.
I'm Wilke Martin Itzin. I build companies at the intersection of wellness, AI, and human evolution — on one idea: people don't sustain change until they become the person who can.
Wylde
An identity-based transformation ecosystem. The thesis is simple: people fail at lasting change not from a lack of information, but because they can't become the person capable of sustaining it. Wylde is built to close that gap — and, over time, to span coaching, community, retreats, and practitioner integrations.
An AI app for embodying your future self. A preview of what's coming:
- Future-self visualization & identity work
- Daily structure, habits & fitness programming
- AI accountability that knows who you're becoming
- Mindset check-ins that compound
Groups, cohorts, and one-on-one work for men doing the deeper thing — identity, shadow, the body, and self-leadership.
Websites designed and built for founders and small brands — clean, fast, and original. Design, copy, and launch handled end to end.

Why me
For over seven years I've led men through transformation work — groups, cohorts, and one-on-one — watching closely what actually makes change hold. Alongside it I built a career in real estate across Los Angeles and the North Bay, and spent years working hands-on with AI as a builder, not a spectator.
Wylde is where those threads converge: the psychology of who people become, the technology to support it at scale, and the operator's instinct to ship. I'm also a father — which is its own daily lesson in identity, patience, and the long game.

The Weekly Compass
I write on the same questions Wylde is built around. New essays land on Substack, weekly.
- Identity
- Shadow & inner work
- The body
- Relational intelligence
- Self-leadership
If you came for real estate
I represent buyers and sellers across Los Angeles and the North Bay — Petaluma, Sonoma, and Marin — with Compass. Luxury homes, investment properties, and everything between.
